Mauritius National Computer Board has applied for a license to become a Certification Authority

I have reasons to believe now that the ICT Authority has no idea what they are doing or maybe there are deliberately acting dumb.

The Information & Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) also acts as the Controller of Certification Authorities. Today, the National Computer Board has applied for a license to become a Certification Authority.

Any person who objects to this application may do so in writing to the Controller of Certification Authorities at this address:

After careful thought, I am not going to object to this. I will write more about this topic later.
